CatchAThiefGPS: Asset Recovery Powered by Securus
Prevent crime around town, on college campuses and in retail environments with CatchAThiefGPS. Security personnel can use CatchAThiefGPS to "bait" commonly stolen items like cars, bicycles or high-value retail merchandise and set up a virtual boundary system called SafeSpots. Alerts are sent via email or text message if the item leaves its SafeSpot or travels faster than five miles per hour. CatchAThiefGPS devices can be tracked on a map in real time with mobile devices or web browsers, and security personnel can receive location updates every 5 seconds and turn-by-turn directions to stolen items. These highly accurate tracking devices enable law enforcement to catch thieves quickly and prevent future crime.
