Young Children

eSafe

While older children and teenagers carry cell phones and can be in contact with their parents quickly and easily, there really is no way for parents to know their young children are exactly where they are supposed to be. And with more than 800,000 children under the age of 18 going missing each year (National Incidence Studies of Missing, Abducted, Runaway and Thrownaway Children, 2002), there is a clear need for parents to keep up with their young children's whereabouts.

Securus created eSafe to fulfill that need and give parents peace of mind. eSafe is a small, portable device that uses a system of safe zones to notify parents of where their children are.

GPS Tracking for Children

The device can be activated (in person or remotely by parents) to track the child in real time. The child can also press an alert button on the device which notifies parents to begin tracking. When tracking, parents receive live location updates every 30 seconds on the tracking map.

This device alleviates parents' fear and worry by giving them the knowledge that their children are safe and can be located at any moment.
