Dave is responsible for all financial aspects of Securus. Dave is recognized as an accomplished professional with proven success in equity sourcing, debt management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and investor relations in both entrepreneurial and public environments.

Dave was the Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer at Spectrasite, Inc., a cellular tower company, which was a NYSE traded company with a market capitalization in excess of $3.0 billion prior to its sale to American Tower Corporation in 2005. In this position Dave raised in excess of $4.0 billion of capital in both public and private markets.

Prior to Spectrasite Dave was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Masada Security, Inc.  Dave held positions as Senior Corporate Banker and Vice President of a top ten bank. He currently serves on numerous boards of directors as a member and, in certain instances, Audit Committee Chairman.

He is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at NC State’s College of Management, as an Instructor of Finance and Accounting for Entrepreneurs.  Mr. Tomick graduated from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois with an MBA, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. His B.A is from Denison University, Granville, Ohio.

Tom Collopy brings over 27 years of  experience in a broad-range of technical, management, marketing, and business development  positions in Xcella (startup), Qualcomm, Ford and IBM. He is currently Vice President of Engineering for Qualcomm responsible for software development for the Smartphone/Smartbook market.  He, along with two other co-founders, formed the now 250+ person Qualcomm Raleigh site that is responsible for the development of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon product which power numerous Smartphones including Android products like the Nexus One from Google and Incredible from HTC.

Prior to Qualcomm, Tom was one of the founders of Xcella, a wireless semiconductor startup. Tom invented the key technology upon which the startup was based as well as co-developing the business plan, fund raising, and marketing.  Xcella was in the fund-raising stage when the founders were hired by Qualcomm to implement the Xcella strategy.

Prior to Xcella Tom managed development for the Embedded PowerPC business at IBM.  This business was sold to AMCC. Tom has also held a management position at Ford and numerous engineering positions at IBM across a broad range of technologies including processor development, chip development, e-beam lithography, embedded software, and software tools.  He has also lead the creation and management of vendor partner programs, marketing activities, industry standards and technology licensing. In each position he has demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, commitment, teamwork, creativity, and the ability to drive projects to successful conclusion.

His leadership style is based on a high degree of personal integrity and honesty in building effective relationships that enable professional growth of the members of his team emphasizing the delegation  of responsibility, authority, and accountability to his organization.

Tom received his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan in Electrical Engineering.  Tom has been active in building homes through Habitat for Humanity for over nine years.

Bob is Founder and CEO of Naples Ventures, LLC, a specialty investment firm.  The firm owns Landmark Stores, LLC, operator of People’s Pottery stores in New York and Florida; and Naples Direct, a direct marketer of motorcycle accessories & parts via its Competition Accessories, Tire Express, Helmut Express and ATV Supply brands.  Naples Ventures also has investments in other retail and support businesses.  He is a Director of Ulta Salon, Cosmetics and Fragrance, Inc.  Bob has lectured frequently at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School, in addition to other educational institutions on a pro bono basis.

Until January 2002, Bob ran Borders Group Inc., as Chairman from November 1999 and Chairman & CEO from the beginning of 1994.  Bob joined Borders (then called Book Inventory Systems) as CEO in January 1989.  At that time, the Company had just opened its fifth bookstore, and achieved retail sales of $17 million.  He and his team developed a plan to expand the Borders concept into America’s major markets. Under his leadership, Borders Group floated a public stock offering in May 1995, tracking on the New York Stock Exchange as BGP and eventually reaching the Fortune 500.  Since the public offering, the Company expanded throughout the US and internationally, with stores in Singapore, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia, as well as the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico.

Prior to joining Borders, Bob was President and CEO of Hickory Farms, Inc. and previous to that was recruited as Vice President of Marketing - Little General Stores in Tampa, Florida a division of General Host.   Bob began his career with Acme Markets, Inc. (American Stores) where he held several positions, ending as Director of General Merchandise for the chain.  From 1968-72, Bob served in the U.S. Navy achieving the rank of Lieutenant. As an Aviator, he spent more than three years in the Far East based at Atsugi, Japan, flying 250 missions throughout the Far East, including 175 in the Viet Nam theatre.

Bob received his B.S. from Drexel Institute of Technology and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School in 1968 and 1974.

Mr. Eck has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. since October 2003. From November 1997 to September 2001, Mr. Eck served as Chief Executive Officer and ha director of Coles Myer LTD Australia, one of Australia's largest retailers. Prior to that, Mr. Eck served in various other executive roles with Coles Myer, including as Chief Operating Officer and a director from April 1997 to November 1997, Managing Director of Basic Needs from November 1996 to April 1997, and Managing Director of Supermarkets from May 1994 to November 1996.

Prior to 1994, Mr. Eck served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of The Vons Companies Inc., as the vice Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice President of American Stores, Inc., as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Food and Drug, as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of American Food and Drug, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Acme Markets, Inc. He also served in executive roles of increasing responsibility Jewel Companies Inc.

In 2000, Mr. Eck was named the Astute Business Leader of the Year in Australia by the Association of Chartered Accountants.

As President & CEO, Chris leads the Securus team in creating the vision and execution plans to ensure that Securus’ products and services become the leader in their markets. Prior to Securus, Chris led venture-backed Intervolve, Inc. as Chairman & CEO through 6 years of high growth in the web and mobile (wireless) supply chain industry.   Chris is an award-winning CEO with deep entrepreneurial and early stage high growth experience. He continuously creates winning teams and companies through his leadership, communication, and motivation skills. Chris evangelizes customer-centric products and creates a “can do” company culture, resulting in strong customer referrals and a significant industry footprint.

Prior to Intervolve, Chris co-invented a biomechanical oily water separator to be used in the maritime industry to prevent water pollution from bilge water. His invention is integral to the shipping industry and is in many ships including cruise ships. Chris contributes his expertise at local universities by guest lecturing, business coaching, business plan judging and more.

Chris graduated from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, with an MBA and from the United Stated Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York, with a BS.

As President and CEO of Micron Electronics, Mike has led Micron in developing a global presence with distribution channel in Europe, North America, South America, China, and Russia. Mike has been involved in the wireless M2M and GPS technology from the very beginning, working at the forefront of developing and marketing cutting-edge technical solutions and products for many years. He has intimate knowledge about the latest M2M technology, the major players, and the products around the globe. Combining acute sense of market needs and technical know-how, he is the original thinker and creator of most of the PRIME products.

Prior to Micron, Mike was a talented computer programmer and software engineer, Mike was one of the founders of The Radiance Group Ltd. A software company develops the storage virtualization software to get the highest availability, fastest performance and maximum utilization from online disks.

Mike has a BS in computer science and attended FAU (Florida Atlantic University) Graduate School of engineering and computer science before joining The Radiance Group.
